Finding the right exercise class can be a challenge. You ask: Is it safe for me but still effective? Is it something that I can do? Is the instructor educated and experienced? Will she teach me and give plenty of cues and modifications? These are all very good questions and more common then you may think.
You want to experience Yoga and know the many benefits, but many forms of Yoga are very hard on your body. You also want to trust the instructor and hope she understands your needs and limitations.
Hi, I am Jennifer Wagner with Collective Wellness. I would love to tell you about my FREE class and how it came to be. I have been a Fitness Specialist for 18 years and have lived with Rheumatoid Arthritis for longer than that. Between my personal experiences and working with so many individuals living with chronic pain, I have developed Yoga Stretch Fusion on my YouTube Channel to help people who wanted to decrease pain and increase flexibility. This class also provides benefits of unlocking joints and improving muscular balance.
Mastering the art of exercise modifications has helped me learn what works best for my clients living with chronic pain. I provide workouts personal to them and I am detailed with cuing for accurate form. I also frequently remind clients the importance of breathing. With my experience I provide a feeling of comfort and trust, knowing you are in good hands.
With my class on my YouTube Channel, I post a new 30-minute class every Tuesday and Thursday. Tuesdays are standing only, and Thursdays are floor only. This class can be challenging but also gentle on your joints. We do not get up and down from the floor and we do not perform full inverted poses (ex. Head Stands)
By the end of each class I want you to feel refreshed, relaxed, and taller. After just a few classes I want you to feel stronger, more flexible and pain free.
